Making Your Free Call

To place your free call please click Make Call and download file.

You will not need to install program only unzip file and starting making calls

Note steps are Windows XP

Please right click file (Idefisk137_demo.zip) you have just downloaded. Normally downloaded to the Desktop.

Click Extract all.

Click Next

Choose location to extract file. Recommended to extract to the Desktop

Click Next.

When extracting is complete click Finish.

Open idefisk137_demo Folder when you extracted file.

Run idefisk.exe as shown below.

In the Phone To Dial field enter 17773496555 and press Enter key.

When you hear message 'Please enter your authorization code'

Type 8127672467 and wait for a moment as call connects to ITI customer service.

To Hang up click the phone icon with arrow pointing down.
