ITI Flash Call (unlike other VOIP services like Vonage) is not intended as full replacements for traditional phone service and therefore is not for emergency calling. ITI Flash Call phone number is a virtual phone extension and cannot be dialed from another plain old telephone line.

International Telecom, Inc., referred to as "ITI" at its sole discretion, may choose to change the terms, conditions of this disclaimer at anytime. By using this service the user waives any rights or claims it may have against ITI.

The soft phone content (Idefisk) is a freeware program provided at no cost to the public. ITI makes no claims of ownership of Idefisk or any related products. As a Purchaser/User of ITI Flashcall you understand that your purchase price is only for Flashcall drive device and the calling time provided on said Flashcall device drive. There is no charge for the idefisk softphone.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IDEFISK IS A THIRD PARTY PRODUCT AND IS PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE TO THE CONSUMER AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING ANY THIRD PARTY'S PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, NOR WILL ITI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. YOU HEREBY DISCLAIM AND WAIVE ANY RIGHTS AND CLAIMS YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST ITI WITH RESPECT TO THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
